Fair enough?
So I can use it free with Tailscale?
Yes, and we'd rather say so than have you find out later. If you already run Tailscale or can reach your machine directly, every feature is free on every machine. Pro is for when you'd rather not set any of that up.
Why is the relay the paid part?
Because it's the only part with a recurring bill. The terminal, tmux, voice, and SFTP cost us nothing once they're written. A relay is a server that has to stay up.
Lifetime or subscription?
Whichever you prefer. Annual includes a 7-day trial. Lifetime is one payment for the managed relay and every feature, with fair-use limits on bulk file transfers.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep Pro until the period ends, then drop to Free — every feature intact, with one machine on the managed relay. Nothing is deleted and no connection is locked.
Can I host the relay myself?
Yes. The relay is a Cloudflare Worker and the agent is public-domain source. Point them at each other and you never touch our infrastructure — or our paywall.
How do I cancel?
Manage or cancel anytime from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. You keep Pro until the end of the billing period.
