By downloading, installing, or using RemoteConsoleSSH ("the app"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.

RemoteConsoleSSH is a mobile SSH client application that allows you to connect to remote servers using the SSH protocol. The app is provided as a tool for legitimate system administration and remote access purposes.

User Responsibilities

• Ensuring you have proper authorization to access any server you connect to
• All actions performed through connections established using the app
• Complying with the terms of service of any servers you connect to
• Protecting your biometric data and device access

Disclaimer of Warranties

RemoteConsoleSSH is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will meet your specific requirements
• The app will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the app will be accurate or reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omelas and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data or unauthorized access to your servers
• Service interruptions or connection failures
• Any damages resulting from your use of the app
• Security breaches on systems you connect to

Intellectual Property

RemoteConsoleSSH and all associated intellectual property rights are owned by Omelas. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
